Spotify tries the last shot to keep your account alive, telling you that you’ll lose your username, playlists, and other features after deleting this account. If you’re still determined, click on the checkbox for “I understand, and still want to close my account” and then click Continue.
As your final step, Spotify will ask you to check your email for a link. Open your inbox and find the email from Spotify. Click the “Close My Account” button found in the email. This link is only valid for 24 hours.
